Join the first Free to Breathe® 5K and 1 mile walk in Madison, WI to raise awareness and funding to assist the fight against lung cancer!  This event is presented in partnership with the UW Paul P. Carbone Comprehensive Cancer Center’s “Creating Hope” campaign.

Fees:  
$20 registration fee before the event
$25 registration fee day of the event

Pre-Registration deadlines:
Mail in registration will close Saturday, September 21, 2008.
Online registration will close Wednesday, September 24, 2008.

Directions:
From the South/East/West:
Take the US-12/US-18/Beltline Hwy to John Nolen Drive, exit #263. Turn right onto Olin Turville Court.

From the North/Northeast:
Take E. Washington Avenue/US-151 S. towards the Capitol.  Follow US-151 to John Nolen Drive.  Turn left on Lakeside Street.  Stay straight onto Olin Turville Court.

Day of registration will begin at 7:00AM
